Negativity bias means that you weigh one mistake more heavily than all the things that you did well.
Confirmation bias means you filter out information for only what supports your beliefs and disregard the rest.
Negativity bias skews your perception about what's really going on.
And confirmation bias reinforces that skewed perspective.
And all of that usually results on spending time focusing on the wrong things and missing the opportunities to grow your unique strengths, confidence, and effectiveness.
