About Me

Experienced. Supportive. Results-oriented. Certified Executive & Leadership Coach.

I am a senior leader with 20+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and Management in both the public and private sectors. I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the proven ability to mentor and coach high-potential employees, new managers, and senior executives to hone their leadership, communication, employee engagement, collaboration, and time management skills in order to become exceptional performers who build trust and lead teams to achieve extraordinary results.

I've transitioned my experience successfully leading and being consistently promoted in both healthy and toxic workplaces into a coaching program designed specifically for you – to achieve the unique goals that are just right for you – not someone else's definition of success.

Throughout my career, I have coached colleagues, friends, and clients to achieve their goals, become better leaders, navigate work conflicts and challenges, improve their communication, and achieve promotions and career advancement. More often than I would have liked, I supported others in regaining their confidence after they were torn down by a careless manager. Helping others has been the most fulfilling aspect of my career.

In 2000, I began 160+ of coaching training. In 2021, I received my certified professional coach (CPC) designation from iPEC, one of the best coaching schools in the world and I went own to earn my ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), recognized governing body that sets the “gold standard” for coaching qualification. In June 2023, I earned my PCC certification, having served more than 40 clients through more than 500 hours one-on-one private coaching. How can I help you today?

My Story

On paper, I had the ideal job. I worked with a wonderful group of people making a six-figure salary with a 10-minute commute. I was sought out and highly regarded by people at all levels within the company. The CEO frequently referred to me as “Number 3” in the company, the most senior leader after the CEO and COO, a trusted advisor.

The go-to person for any challenge, I solved any and all problems for our company and our clients. By any measure, I was highly successful. But I found that my work no longer satisfied me. The problems I solved no longer excited me. 
Something was missing. I was not in the right place in my career, but I didn't know what I wanted to do next, and I realized I needed some help to figure it out. It was time to act so I sought out a coach to support me.

I knew the value of coaching because a wonderful coach had helped me in a previous position. That coach had inspired to become a coach myself and I had told a trusted friend years ago, “I want to do that in my next career. I want to help other people the way that my coach has helped me.”

​

Now, I'm leveraging the experience I've gained over my successful career to coach my clients to overcome their unique challenges and achieve the goals that are just right for them.
