As we approach the halfway mark of the year, I found myself reflecting on the work I’ve been doing with my clients as a Career & Leadership Coach – and asking questions I think every purpose-driven professional wonders at times – questions I ask myself at least once a year: “Is my work still making a difference? Am I still in the right place in my career?”
